Course Overview:

Learn how SAP FICO fits within the overall SAP ERP system and Understanding the integration of FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.)

Learning Outcomes:

1. Set up company codes, business areas, and chart of accounts.

2. Handle General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.

3. Post transactions, manage taxation, and perform bank reconciliations and understand asset accounting and financial closing activities.

4. Set up and manage cost centers, profit centers, and internal orders.

5. Performing cost allocations and understand overhead costing.

6. Learn about product costing and profitability analysis (CO-PA)

7. Learn how to configure and customize the FI and CO modules to meet specific business requirements.

8. Create and assign fiscal year variants, posting periods, and document types.

9. Simulate monthly/quarterly/year-end closing activities.

10. Generate standard SAP financial and controlling reports.

11. Learn to extract and analyze financial data for decision-making.

12. Understand key SAP implementation phases and the role of a FICO consultant.
